Return Policy – Cancellations
In the event that any of the products we sent you do not suit you, we can change them for you within 15 days of receiving them. For any change to be made, the customer will need to notify us (by phone or e-mail) of the replacement of the product and send the product back to us in the condition it was received.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
CAUTION
In the case of using the product or altering their original condition, the return is not accepted.
Returns that are made in a period longer than 15 calendar days from the day of their receipt or some of the return conditions are not met, are not accepted.

Case of defective product or shipping error
It is possible to replace or refund money corresponding to the value of the products, following the Return Procedure below:
1. Shipping by Courier:
You pack and send the package with the products with our company’s partner courier company and at the consignee’s fee. Inside the shipping package, you will have placed a copy of the purchase receipt.
As long as the return conditions apply, we proceed with a relative replacement or credit of the corresponding amount to your bank account or credit card if the original payment was made in this way.
In case the package arrives and it turns out that the return conditions do not apply, the product will not be accepted. It will be returned to the customer and the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
2. Return to our physical store
You call the service department to discuss and order the product to be replaced.
You bring the product to our site together with the proof of purchase and after a check is made to determine that the return conditions apply, the value of the product/products is refunded to the same payment method with which you completed the order, or the products are exchanged.
Defective Products
Products that have been damaged upon receipt or that have a manufacturing fault are classified as defective. Products that show damage due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with an obvious manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer may choose any other item desired.
